摘　　要：本文运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、对比分析法,通过对2006和2010年版的啦啦操竞赛规则的分析和比较,探讨了新规则变化的主要特点,提出提高舞蹈啦啦操成套运动负荷、强度;充分挖掘头、颈、胸、髋等部位的动作;引入体育主观评分裁判评价模型等建议。Adopted the methods of the documentary analysis,expert interview and comparative analysis,based on the comparative analysis on the rules of the game rules published in 2006 and 2010,this paper explored the main characteristic about the changes of new rule and gave suggestions as follows： Improved exercise load and strength of cheerleading dance;Discovered action on head,neck,chest,hip etc;Introduced an evaluating pattern of sports subjective judges etc.
