东北三省经济开放度的评析

摘　　要：采用2000-2009年的统计资料,通过构建经济开放度的评价指标体系,比较和评价东北三省的对外开放程度,结果表明2000年以来东北三省的对外开放度普遍有了提高,但三省的开放度均低于全国平均水平,而且区域内部也存在明显差异。因此,应该加快辽宁沿海经济带开发和长吉图开发开放先导区的建设、调整产品结构、改善投资环境、打造产业集群和扩大对外直接投资活动。From the aspect of international trade and international investment,using the statistical data from 2002-2009, this paper calculates and compares the opening degrees of the three provinces in Northeast of China, as well as the average opening degree level of the nation. At the same time, the paper analyzes the causes of economic openness. In conclusion, the opening degree of North Chi- na has been improved a lot, but is below the average opening degree level of the nation, the differences among three provinces are obvious. Therefore, the construction of coastal economic belt development of Liaoning and construction of Changchun-Jilin-Tumenjiang Regional Development and Opening-up Pioneer Zone should be speeded up, product structure should be adjusted, investment environment should be improved, industrial clusters should be established, and out-foreign direct investment activities should be the expanded.
