摘  要:目的:研究硫化氢(H2S)在大鼠两肾一夹(2K1C)模型所致的心脏损害中的作用。方法:实验分为对照组、假手术组、2K1C模型组、2K1C+H2S组,建立大鼠2K1C模型,激活循环以及局部的肾素-血管紧张素系统,引起心脏损害。通过测定收缩压(SBP)、心脏指数来观察各组心脏形态变化。结果:H2S能明显降低SBP(P<0.001),改善心脏指数(P<0.001)。结论:H2S能明显改善由2K1C模型引起的心脏损害。Objective: To investigate the effects of hydrogen sulfide( H2S) on rat heart damaged caused by two-kidney and one-clip(2K1C). Methods: The rats were divided into control group, sham group, 2K1C model group and 2K1C + H2S group. The renin-angiotensin system was activated by 2K1C to cause the heart damage. The systolic blood pressure (SBP) and the cardiac index were determined to observe the change of the rat heart. Results: H2S could significantly degrade the SBP( P 〈 0.001)and improve cardiac index( P 〈 0.001). Conclusion: H2S can obviously improve the heart damage caused by 2K1C model.
