摘　　要：针对某工厂的现状和测控要求,介绍了工厂检测参数与控制点、数据采集与数据处理。说明了工厂检测与控制系统人机界面设计的开发与研制过程。该系统提高了工厂的检测速度和检测精度,为进一步使用和维护好设备提供了科学的技术保证。In this paper,according to the status of a factory and the requirements of monitoring and control,introduce test parameters and control points of the factory,collection and processing of data.Shows development process of human-computer interface design of inspection and control system in the factory.This system has greatly enhanced the speed and accuracy of detection for plant,It provide technique assurance of science for further usage and maintenance the Equipment.
