摘　　要：液压防喷器的可靠性直接影响到钻探作业的成败,为确保其使用安全可靠,每套液压防喷器使用前都要进行试压检测。本文介绍了以工控机为上位机,以组态王软件作为程序开发平台的液压防喷器试压监控系统。通过对液压防喷器的功能分析,上位机采用工控计算机,下位机采用西门子公司的S7300系列的PLC,通过两者的通讯,实现对液压防喷器试压系统的控制与监视。确保防喷器试压数据准确,安全可靠。BOP hydraulic pressure directly affects the reliability of the success of drilling operations,to ensure safe and reliable, each hydraulic BOP pressure test should be carried out prior to use test.This paper introduces the HMI interface for the epigynous computer,Lower computer using Siemens PLC S7300 Series,communication through both,implementation of the hydraulic pressure test the BOP system control and monitoring, BOP pressure test to ensure that data is accurate,safe and reliable
