摘　　要：石家庄经济学院活跃着一支科研团队,多年来他们展开了变质核杂岩—盆山耦合—一盆多山—地幔热柱多级演化等系列研究,在此基础上提出了"幔枝构造理论"。这一新理论被应用于新一轮地质找矿研究,特别是在指导老矿山深部、外围找矿中效果显著。同时,他们将该理论应用到教学中,启迪思维,培育英才,教学相长,收到良好效果。Shijiazhuang University of Economics has a research group which is active in innovation and has achieved rich achievements. Over years, they have worked together with great diligence in the series of researches of metamorphic core complex, basin-range coupling, a basin with mountains, mantle plume multistage evolution. Based on years of research, they proposed a new theory of Mantle Plume Branch Structure Theory, which is widely applied in the new round of China＇s geological prospecting and research, especially having obvious effects in guiding prospecting in the depth and periphery of old mines.
