揉按合谷穴对患者全麻手术后复苏期低血压的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨揉按合谷穴对患者全麻手术后复苏期低血压的影响。方法选取全麻复苏期低血压患者69例,随机分为实验组和对照组,2组均密切监测生命体征并加快输液,实验组加揉按合谷穴。结果实验组的升压效果优于对照组(P<0.05),经过多次揉按后血压呈梯级上升,稳定在100～110/60～66mmHg的水平。结论揉按合谷穴可作为全麻患者术后复苏期低血压的一种辅助升压手段。Objective To discover the connection of blood pressure and massaging Hegu acupuncture point during the recover period of general anesthesia. Methods 69 patients who were hypotension during the recover period of general anesthesia divided into control group and experimental group randomly, monitored vital sign carefully and elevated the rate of infusion, while massaged Hegu acupuncture point in the experimental group. Results The effect of increasing blood pressure was significantly better in experimental group than that of control group（P 〈 0.05 ） , the blood pressure gradually increased after massaging, and stabilize at 100 - 110/60 -66mmHg. Conclusion Massaging Hegn acupuncture point can be an auxiliary means to increase blood pressure during the recover period of general anesthesia .
