摘　　要：总结了妇科腔镜手术中存在的问题,包括医生高功率使用双板电凝钳、单级电钩与病人、设备安全之间的矛盾;腔镜转开腹手术的护理安全隐患等。认为通过采取相应的防范措施,可有效地预防此类问题。Summarized the common problems in gynecologic laparoscopic surgeries, which including the contradiction between patients, the safety of equipment and doctors using bipolar coagulation foweps and single -stage electric hook in high power, the care and safety hazards when laparoscopic surgery was transferred into abdominal and so on . Taking appropriate preventive measures can effectively prevent these problems.
