摘　　要：目的探讨艾灸辅助治疗输液性静脉炎的疗效。方法将入选患输液性静脉炎的病人60例随机分为治疗组30例、对照组30例,2组均予西医常规护理。治疗组在常规护理基础上加用艾条依次使用温和灸。结果治疗组输液性静脉炎具有较好的临床疗效,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论西医护理结合中医艾灸疗法对治疗输液性静脉炎具有较好的临床疗效。Objective：To explore the effect of moxibustion on adjuvant treatment of infusion phlebitis. Methods：48 patients with infusion phlebitis were randomly divided into the treatment group （30 patients） and the control group （30 patients）. Two groups were both received western conventional care, while the treatment group was followed with the use of mild moxibustion moxa. Results ：The clinical efficacy of infusion phlebitis in treatment group was better than that in control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：The combination of western medicine care and moxibustion had good clinical efficacy for infusion phlebitis.
