浅析腋臭切除术式的演变

摘　　要：腋臭手术治疗方式繁多,且层出不穷,其治疗效果与外观形态亦千差万别,并各有利弊,从哲学角度对纷繁复杂的手术方式加以分析,发现腋窝皮肤部分切除加皮下汗腺剥离术结合治疗腋臭,符合对立统一规律和否定之否定规律,并在实践比较中发现其治疗与美容效果均较显著,是值得临床推广应用的好方法。The operation methods for hireismus are various, and they are more and more, but the therapeutic effect and appearance of all kinds of methods are different, and each has its advantages and disadvantages. To analyze the complicated hireismus operation methods by the philosophy point of view, we can see that the partial excision of axillary fossa skin and subcutaneously apocrine sweat gland decollement together to operate for hircismus is well. It corresponds the law of the unity of oppositeness and the law of negation of negation, it has satisfactory therapeutic effect and appearance, and it is worth to spread in clinic.
