摘　　要：高血压的发病率逐年增高．已是当今世界危害人类健康和导致死亡的主要原因之一。抗高血压药物种类繁多、价格不一，高性价比的治疗方案不仅为患者减轻负担．同时可以节约社会的有限卫生资源。本文拟采用药物经济学方法对目前抗高血压药物治疗方案进行分析．阐述当前抗高血压药物的经济学分析的研究现状及存在的问题．为抗高血压药物的临床应用提供参考。结果表明国内外的高血压药物经济学研究已经有一定的研究范围及进展．但国内高血压药物经济学研究存在研究样本量小、研究方法局限、研究范围狭窄、深度不够等问题。With the increasing prevalence, hypertension is now one of the leading causes of death worldwide and a major threat to human health. As antihypertensive drugs vary in their classes and prices, a cost-effective treatment could reduce the economic burden for patients and public healthcare service. In this article, pharmacoeconomic features of prevalent antihypertensive drugs are analyzed. The current research and problems in the economic analysis of anti-hypertensive drugs were reviewed and recommendations are provided for clinical reference. The results show that the economic study of antihypertensive drugs has been expanding and progressing at home and aboard, but domestic studies have problems like small sample size, limited methods, lack of depth and breath.
