丙氨酰-谷氨酰胺的临床配制探讨

摘　　要：丙氨酰-谷氨酰胺注射液说明书要求其与可配伍的氨基酸溶液或含有氨基酸的输液相混合后与载体溶液一起输注。但很多医生习惯用5％葡萄糖注射液稀释。本文探讨了葡萄糖注射液配制丙氨酰-谷氨酰胺注射液的合理性，认为丙氨酰-谷氨酰胺注射液与葡萄糖注射液配伍虽无稳定性改变．但其与氨基酸合理配伍可以比葡萄糖注射液更有效的改善氨基酸代谢．促进氦正平衡。而且从法律和医疗行为规范化的角度考虑，临床应用丙氨酰-谷氨酰胺注射液时应按照说明书要求。Compared with using the mixture of alanyl-glutamine injection and glucose injection, using the mixture of alanyl-glutamine injection and amino acid injection can more effectively improve the metabolism of amino acidsand positive nitrogen balance. Therefore, the mixture of alanyl-glutamine injection and glucose injection should not be recommended for clinical use. In terms of the relevant law, the regulation of medical behavior and therequirement of the instruction, alanyl-glutamine injection should be mixed with amino acid injection or intravenous fluids containing amino acids.
