摘　　要：医院信息系统的运用,是医院科学管理的重要标志,也是提升医院整体管理水平的关键着力点。以台湾长庚纪念医院信息系统为对象,通过介绍长庚医院信息化团队的组织架构及其依靠信息化提升医院管理水平的实例,分析如何通过信息化建设来提升医院管理水平。The application of Hospital Information System is the important sign of a hospital ＇ s scientific management and the key point of improving a hospital ＇ s management level. The paper studies the Hospital Information System of Taiwan Chang Gung Memorial Hospital. Through the introduction of the organizational structure of Taiwan Chang Gung Memorial Hospital ＇ s informatization team and the cases, in which they improve management level of their hospital relying on informatization, the paper analyses how to apply information system to improve a hospital ＇ s management level.
