摘　　要：《基于电子病历的医院信息平台建设技术解决方案(1.0版)》的出台,为医院的信息化建设指明了方向。目前多数医院尤其是大型医院均已建成或部分建成临床信息系统,如何在医院现有信息系统的基础上建设电子病历,实现面向临床的信息集成平台的构建,是亟待解决的问题。系统阐述了我院在构建面向临床系统集成的电子病历平台时的实践经验,以供参考。The publishing of Technical Solutions to Hospital Information Platform Construction Based on Electronic Medical Records （Version 1.0） gives clear idea about the development of information construction for hospitals. Till now, more than half of hospitals had established or partially established the clinical information system, especially largesized hospitals. The question that how to finish the construction of electronic medical record on the basis of current information system to form the clinical information integration platform is to be settled. It represents our practical experience during the construction of electronic medical record catering to clinical system integration for your reference.
