基于自助服务机的门急诊一站式付费模式及应用探讨

摘　　要：逐步推广和实施以先诊疗、后结算为特征的基于自助服务机的一站式付费服务模式,是优化门诊就医流程的有效手段。在推广过程中,引入第三方商业银行,并对帐户安全性、自助服务机、初诊帐户设立、收费发票打印等环节进行了有效探索。实施该模式后,缩短了患者非医疗等候时间,受到患者欢迎。As effective means of medical treatment process optimization, we promotion and implementation the treatment after the settlement which was based on auto teller machine with a one-step payment service model machine. In the promotion process, through the cooperation with third-party commercial banks, we have an effectively explore on account of security, self-service machine, initial account set up, invoice-printing and Etc.. After the implementation of the model, it was welcomed by patients for shortening the non-medical waiting time.
