摘　　要：随着数字化医院建设的不断深入,医院运维部门对辖内的IT设备及各种医疗系统软件的运维工作变得越来越复杂,因此建立一套高效合理的运维管理流程至关重要。基于ITIL理论体系对医院实际运维情况进行了分析及研究,并提出相应可行的运维管理流程。With development in hospital digitalization, the work of operation and maintenance of IT devices and various kinds of software has become more and more complicated. Therefore, it is very important to establish a high-efficiency and reasonable work flow for the operation and maintenance management. In this paper, the authors analyzed the actua situation of operation and maintenance of IT devices and various kinds of software in hospitals based on the theory of TIE Meanwhile, a feasible work flow for the operation and maintenance management was put forward.
