摘　　要：在前期对河南省农村中医药信息化现状进行充分调研的基础上,研究河南省农村中医药信息化综合服务平台的基础构架组成并进行实现,积极寻求通过信息化技术和手段推进河南省中医药事业发展的思路和方案。将总体架构设计为一个中心、三个层次、七个平台,在服务于广大农村和基层百姓的同时为政府决策提供数据参考。Based on fully investigation of the development of Traditional Chinese Medicine Information in rural area of Henan Province, this paper study the framework, content and realization of Traditional Chinese Medicine Information Service Platform, exploring the thought and scheme to develop the TCM undertakings of Henan through informatization means. The system planned contains three layers and seven sub-platforms, for the service for countryside populace and government decision.
