摘　　要：目的了解大连市伤害发生的特点和流行规律,为制定干预措施提供科学依据。方法对2009年大连市3家监测哨点医院首诊伤害病例资料进行分析。结果 2009年共报告伤害病例24 011例,其中男性15 779例,占65.72%,女性8 232例,占34.28%;发生在25～44岁伤害比例最高,占41.27%;主要人群为商业/服务业人员、专业技术人员和在校学生分别占18.24%、17.34%、11.07%;伤害主要原因为钝器伤、跌倒/坠落伤,分别占30.49%、26.56%;发生地点在道路/街道最多占27.08%;发生时的主要活动是在休闲活动和工作,分别占48.44%,17.99%;伤害的性质主要是挫伤/擦伤、锐器伤/开放伤分别占39.14%、32.28%;发生意图多为意外事故占79.88%;伤害程度以轻度为多占77.26%;最后结局门诊治疗后回家占83.01%。结论大连市伤害以钝器伤、跌倒/坠落为主,男性、青壮年是伤害的高发人群。Objective To understand the characteristic of injury epidemic in Dalian, provide a basis for intervention measures. Methods Data for first visit injury patients in the 3 sentinel hospitals in 2009 in Dalian was analysed. Results Totally 24011 case report cards were collected. 15779（65.72%） males and 8232（34.28%） females were reporoed.Cases at age of 25-44 accounted for 41.27%, business services staff, operational and technical personal and school students accounted for 18.24%. 17.34%, 11.07% respectively.Main injury reasons were hit by blunt object and accidental tumbles/falls, accounting for 30.49% and 26.56% respectively. The main locations were in highway/street accounting for 27.08%. Injure occurred mainly in the leisure and work-based time, accounting for 48.44% and 17.99%. Nature of the injury was mainly contusions/abrasions, accounting for39.14%, followed by the sharp injury and open wound,accounting for 32.28%. Accidents accounted for 79.88%, on top of the list of injury.Slight injury accounted for 77.26%. Accounting for83.01% injury cases could return to their home after treatment in hospitals. Conclusion Hit by blunt object and accidental tumbles/falls were the main injuries in Dalian. Most of the injured population were male young adults.
