摘 要:针对由单根多楔带驱动的发动机前端附件皮带传动系统的转动振动问题,阐述了多带轮传动系统的转动振动模型及其求解方法.为了控制系统的转动振动,以自动张紧器关键参数为设计变量,以张力波动幅值、初始张力与张紧臂摆振幅度等指标最小为目标建立了3种优化模型.选用并实现了一种改进的坐标轮换方法以寻求最优解.对一个6缸发动机前端附件带传动系统进行了优化,通过对比不同优化方案的结果,指出了多目标优化的有效性.Aiming at rotational vibration problem of engine front end accessory system powered by single multi-ribbed belt, a lumped parameter model and corresponding solution procedure are described for such a system with multiple pulleys. Three optimization strategies are proposed and implemented to control the rotational vibration of the system. In the strategies, structural parameters of the self-adjusted tensioner are taken to be design variables, while the fluctuation of belt tension, the swing angle of the tensioner arm and the required initial belt tension are used to define the objective functions. An improved coordinate- alternating procedure is adopted to search the optimal solutions for each optimization strategy. Optimization is carried out on an actual front end accessory belt drive of a six-cylinder engine. By comparing vibration performance of the new system resulted from different optimization strategies, the advantages of the one with multiple objectives are demonstrated.
