摘  要:日益严重的能源和环境问题对电力行业提出了低碳化发展的迫切要求,电网企业作为电力工业中的重要部门面临着严峻的挑战。作者阐述了低碳电网的新理念,分析了电网环节应对低碳发展的潜力,从电网设备低碳更新、电网低碳运行控制、电网低碳规划、电网低碳机制、低碳化用能方式等5个方面总结提出了实现低碳电网的技术途径。结合广东电网实际情况,提出了电网企业低碳化发展的具体技术方向,对于低碳电网中的一些关键技术做了剖析与展望,对其技术发展成熟度、经济性进行了定性分析,并给出了发展建议。In view of increasingly severe energy environment issues, urgent requirements on low carbon development of electric power sector are put forward. As an important department in electric power sector, power network enterprises are faced with serious challenges. In this paper a novel idea on low carbon power grid is expounded, and the potential of power grid to cope with their low carbon development is analyzed; in five aspects, namely low carbon equipment renewal of power grid, low carbon operation and control of power grid, low carbon planning of power grid, low carbon mechanism for power grid and low carbon energy consumption patterns, the technical approaches to realize low carbon power grid are emphatically summarized and presented. According to actual conditions of Guangdong power grid, concrete technical direction of low carbon development for power network enterprises are proposed, and several key technologies for low carbon power grid are dissected and prospected, and quantitative analysis on their technical maturity and economy is performed and related suggestions on low carbon development of power grid are given.
