摘　　要：东亚等发展中国家的新权威主义政治在一定历史阶段内有其存在的合理性和适应性,但这种政治制度不是发展中国家政治制度建设的终极目标,只是向民主政治发展过程中的一个过渡阶段,而且其自身还存在着结构性弊端和潜在的危机。对其合理性和适应性不应过分夸大,对其经验和制度不能简单模仿,更不能以之作为自己国家拒绝民主转型的理由。Neo-authoritarianism has its own rationality and adaptability in East Asia and other developing countries in a certain historical stage, but it is not the ultimate goal of political institution built in developing countries. Neo-authoritarianism is a transitional phase during the process of democratic development, but there are still structural defects and potential crisis in its own. Its rationality and adaptability should not be exaggerated, and its experience and systems cannot simply be imitated. Moreover, Neoauthoritarianism cannot be taken a reason to reject democratic transition.
