摘　　要：能否建立一套行之有效的工作机制对网络舆情进行准确分析和研判,进而通过有效的危机传播预防和化解危机,直接关系到我国和谐社会建设目标的实现。机制是一种在稳定和多数情况下存在的工作方式,因此公共危机传播中网络舆情分析研判机制建设的主要内容集中体现在对当前新媒体环境下,我国公共危机传播中的一种特殊的信息形式——网络舆情进行分析和研判时所采取的工作方式的建立上,包括:网络舆情分析机制、研判机制建设,预案平台与反馈评价机制建设,以及公共危机传播中网络舆情分析研判的体制建设等。The possibility of establishing an effective working mechanism of the analysis and assessment of public opinion on network accurately, and then dissolving the crisis through the effective crisis communication, is directly related to our goal of building a harmonious society. Mechanism is a stable way of working in most cases. So the main content while constructing the mechanism of analysis and assessment of the public opinion on internet in the crisis communication is concentrated on building the way of working in the new media environment, including the network public opinion analysis system, assessment system, plans in advanced platforul, evaluation and feedback mechanisms, as well as the system construction of network public opinion analysis and assessment in the crisis communication.
