整体护理对介入手术治疗患者心理状况影响的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨整体护理对介入手术治疗患者心理状况的影响。方法将300例接受介入手术治疗的冠心病患者分为护理组(n=150)和对照组(n=150),护理组患者在介入治疗基础上给予整体护理。结果入院时2组患者心率和收缩压比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组患者的心率和收缩压都有明显下降,但是护理组较对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理组的焦虑抑郁评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05),表明其心理状况得到恢复。结论整体护理能增加患者的社会支持,增加其介入治疗的相关知识,有效稳定患者的心率和收缩压,从而提高其生活质量。Objective To explore the effects of holistic nursing on the psychological status of patients with interventional surgical treatment. Methods 300 patients with coronary heart disease who had received the interventional surgical treatment were divided into the nursing group （n=150） and the control group （n=150）,the nursing group were given the holistic nursing intervention. Results On admission,patients＂ heart rate and systolic blood pressure was no significant difference between the two groups （P〉0.05）. After the treatment,the heart rate and systolic blood pressure had significantly decreased in both groups but the nursing group was significantly lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. In the anxiety scores and depression scores,nursing group were significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）,their psychological conditions have been restored. Conclusions Holistic nursing can increase the social support, increase the knowledge of interventional surgical treatment,effectively stabilize the patient＇s heart rate and systolic blood pressure, thereby enhance their quality of life.
