论发展循环经济的生态学意义

摘　　要：循环经济是按照生态规律利用自然资源和环境容量,实现经济活动的生态化转向。循环经济作为一种新的生产力发展方式,为生态学建设提供了根本性保证,为新型工业化开辟了新的道路,是保护环境和削减污染的根本手段,是实现可持续发展的最佳选择。本文在深入理解循环经济本质特征的同时,对循环经济中的生态学思想进行了总结分析。循环经济系统的建立和发展是以生态系统为依托,生态文明为客观要求,生态工业园区为载体,生态平衡为原则,通过物质循环和能量流动理论来实现真正意义上的经济循环发展。生态系统的整体性、能量流动与物质循环、生态平衡等生态思想构成了循环经济中重要的生态理论。Circular economy is the ecological shift of utilizing natural resources and environmental capacity in accordance with ecological rules to realize economic activities.As a new approach of productivity development,circular economy which is the basic means to protect the environment and reduce pollution and the best choice to achieve sustainable development provides a fundamental guarantee for ecology construction and opens up a new path for new industrialization.While deeply understanding the essential characteristics of circular economy,the paper summarized and analyzed ecological thoughts of circular economy.For construction and development of circular economy system,the base is ecosystem,the objective requirement is ecological civilization,the carrier is eco-industrial park,and the principle is ecological balance.Construction and development of circular economy system is to realize a real circular development of economic by material circulation and energy flow theory.The integrity of ecosystems,energy flow and material recycling,ecological balance and other ecological thinkings constitute an important ecological theory of circular economy.
