从我国文化产业政策的战略性调整看内蒙古文化产业的可持续发展

摘　　要：在我国文化产业从自发出现到自觉发展、再到加速运转的整个进程中,国家在不同时期的相关政策一直是推动与促进各地区文化产业进一步发展的有力保证。内蒙古文化产业就是在这样的文化政策与产业发展背景下起步与发展的。内蒙古文化产业的发展,有自身的资源优势,也取得了一定的成绩,但不足之处依然明显。内蒙古文化产业应凭借后发优势,借鉴先进地区的经验教训,规避风险,少走弯路,依托国家关于区域文化产业发展的总体思路和刚刚出台的《文化产业振兴规划》的指导思想,努力实现可持续发展。In the appearance,development and accelerative operation of cultural industries in China,our country has continually made related policies in different periods to forcefully guarantee the further development of cultural industries in different areas.It is under such circumstances that the cultural industries in Inner Mongolia began to develop.They have their own advantages and made some achievements,but there are obviously some weaknesses.Therefore,the cultural industries in Inner Mongolia should carry out their sustainable development by relying on their advantages of backwardness,learning experiences from advanced areas,avoiding risks and sticking to the general thought of regional cultural industrial development and the guidelines in the newly-issued Plans for Cultural Industry Revitalization.
