摘　　要：以海南省教育科研数字图书馆为例,分析区域数字图书馆联合参考咨询系统所采用的服务模式和咨询方式,提出区域数字图书馆联合参考咨询系统的设计目标和总体框架。阐述用户模块、咨询模块、数据库模块和管理模块的功能、特色和实现。The paper suggests the objectives and the overall framework of a united consultation system byfocusing on its service and consultation pattern taking the digital Hbrary of Hainan education research as a case study. It carries out detailed elaboration on the functions, characteristics and realization of users module, consultation module, data base and administration module of the system
