摘  要:随着人们环保意识的增强,环保法规的日趋严格,开发低碳环保型固化剂主要从以下几个方面进行研究,1)降低或避免富碳有机化合物的排放;2)固化剂中游离异氰酸酯单体的含量微量化;3)水性化,即和水性树脂配合成水性双组分聚氨酯涂料。介绍了溶剂型固化剂的分类,各个类型的特点、以及向环保型固化剂方向发展的研究进展,然后概述了水性固化剂的分类、改性方法、影响因素。With the increasing of the people environmental protection consciousness,the environmental protection laws and regulations get strictly.To develop low carbon environmental protection curing agent focused on the following several aspects,1)reduce or avoid rich carbon emissions of organic compounds;2) decreasing of isocyanate monomer content in curing agent;3)Water-borne modification,that is,matched with waterborne resin and composed into two-component polyurethane coating.The classification of solvent borne curing agent,the characteristic of every type and development direction of environmental protection curing agent were introduced,at last,the classification of then waterborne modification curing agent,modification methods and influence factors were summarized.
