摘　　要：SIMOREG 6RA70系列装置为三相交流电源直接供电的全数字型装置,其结构紧凑,可驱动复卷机中的直流电机。本文结合山东菏泽东明某复卷机项目,在对复卷机控制原理及机械数据介绍的基础上对控制电气配置、控制方案等进行了详细的设计,并且详细介绍了西门子公司的直流装置6RA70在在4300/2000下引纸复卷机控制系统的应用,就通讯、参数设置等问题进行讨论,经过实际运行,本系统稳定可靠,取得了满意的控制效果。SIMOREG 6RA70 of compact digital type devices can be powered directly by the three-phase AC power and drive the DC motor of the paper re winder. On the basis of introduced the control principle and mechanical data in the paper re winder, this article comprehensive designed the electrical configuration, control program combined with a project in Dongming, Heze City, Shandong Province. And in this paper, the application of SIEMENS DC device 6RA70 in 4300/2000 below directs the paper re winder is introduced. The system＇s communication and parameter＇ setting are presented. The application in practice could prove that the effect is effective and obtained the satisfactory control effect.
