摘　　要：本文在对采煤机电牵引变频器的研究现状进行分析之后,根据采煤机电牵引的工况要求,提出基于ABB变频器技术的采煤机变频器设计和应用,并对其可靠性和防震性能进行深入研究,最后通过实验证明所设计的变频器能够满足电牵引采煤机的需要。In this paper, first analyzes the present station of shearer haulage inverter. According to the design requirements of shearer, this paper proposes the design and application of frequency inverter based on ABB frequency inverter technology, and conducts the deep research to its reliability and earthquake resistance. At last the experimental results proved that the design of converter is satisfied with the needs of the electric haulage shearer.
