摘 要:结构光投射系统的设计搭建是结构光三维形貌测量系统成功实现的关键之一。传统的激光投射系统存在结构复杂、生成的结构光的质量较低等缺点;而常用的光学投影系统又存在不完全可控等缺陷,难以适应嵌入式的应用。设计搭建了基于自主设计的嵌入式实时数字微镜(DMD)模块的结构光投射系统,驱动电路自主设计,底层接口完全可控,实现了结构光投射系统的实时可控,投射出了范围、大小和分辨力实时可控的高质量结构光,为手持式结构光三维形貌测量仪的实现奠定了基础。The design of structured light projected system is one of the keys to the success of the structured light 3D measurement system. The traditional laser projected system has the weakness of complex structure and poor structured light quality. The optical projected system has the problem which could not be real-time controllable, and difficult to adapt to the embedded application. The embedded structure light projected system based on the original designed embedded real-time DMD module are presented, which drive circuit designed is independent and bottom interface is fully controllable, and could generate range, size and resolution real-time controllable high quality structure light. The implementation of real-time controllable structure light projected system will establish the foundation for the realization of handheld structure light 3D measurement instrument.
