摘  要:门诊预约挂号是医疗机构为患者提供的一种人性化服务。与传统的窗口挂号相比,预约挂号有诸多优势,比如优化了就诊流程,节约了患者时间,同时降低了医疗管理成本。为患者提供了个性化、多渠道的预约挂号方式是我院的门诊服务特色之一。门诊预约挂号还处在初级阶段,不可避免地存在一些问题。不断增加预约号源,提高预约的便利性,减少医疗资源的浪费,是我们今后努力的方向。Outpatient service appointment registration is a kind of personalized service for patients in medical institutes.Compared with the traditional registration,appointment registration has many advantages,such as consultation process optimization,time saving for patients and medical management cost saving.One of outpatient service characteristics in our hospital is multi-channel appointment registration.It is still in primary stage that inevitably exist some problems.The direction we should make great efforts in the future are that continual increasing of appointment resource,convenient appointment improvement and medical resource waste reduction.
