摘 要:随着素质教育的不断完善,中学武术课教学日趋正规,武术课的准备活动是上好武术课的前提,所以应针对中学生武术课的基础性、层次性等特点,合理安排武术课的准备活动。文章从准备活动的作用、内容、负荷、强度等方面对武术课准备活动进行分析,指出应根据中学生的身心特点、性格、兴趣等,组织适合中学生武术课的准备活动,保证武术课的任务能够更好的完成。With the continuous improvement of quality education, secondary teaching Wushu become more formal, the warming-up activities in Wushu class is a prerequisite for a good Wushu classes for middle school students in Wushu classes, such as the level of features, reasonable arrangements for the warming-up activities. From the role of preparation, content, and load analysis of strength, according to students physical and psychological characteristics and personality, interests, to organize secondary school students to do warming-up activities in Wushu classes can ensure the teaching task be completed better.
