摘  要:目的通过应用组织多普勒心肌速度分布图(MVP)检测心肌速度梯度(MVG),对正常青年人左室短轴方向后壁局部功能进行定量分析。方法记录500名正常青年人左室短轴方向后壁MVP,根据心内膜下心肌速度和心外膜下心肌速度之差与室壁厚度的比值得出心肌速度梯度。结果正常青年人左室短轴方向后壁心内膜下心肌运动速度大于心外膜下心肌运动速度,收缩期心肌速度梯度(MVGS)为(3.27±1.33)cm/s,舒张期心肌速度梯度(MVGD)为(-8.19±4.92)cm/s。结论 MVP能准确地反映短轴方向心肌在心动周期中的运动速度,不仅以图谱的形式显示心肌各点速度分布情况,还可得出MVG定量局部心肌的运动状态,为局部心功能评价提供有效的指标。Objective To discuss the quantitative detection analysis of the local function of normal youth's left ventricular posterior wall in the fractional direction through using Doppler myocardial velocity profile(MVP) to detect the myocardial velocity gradient(MVG).Methods The MVP of 500 normal youth's left ventricular posterior wall in the fractional direction was recorded,and the MVG was obtained according to the ratio of the difference between the subendocardial myocardial velocity and subepicardial myocardial velocity and the thickness of ventricular wall.Results The subendocardial myocardial velocity of normal youth's left ventricular posterior wall in the fractional direction was greater than the subepicardial myocardial velocity,and the MVGS in the systolic period was(3.27±1.33) s-1,the MVGD in the diastolic period was(-8.19±4.92) s-1.Conclusion MVP can accurately reflect the velocity of the myocardium in the fractional direction in the cardiac cycle,and it not only displays the distribution of velocity at each point of myocardium in the form of map,but can also get the motion state of MVG quantifying local myocardium,thus provide effective index for the assessment of the local cardiac function.
