摘　　要：目的建立高效液相色谱法测定盐酸萘替芬搽剂中的盐酸萘替芬的含量。方法采用美国Agilent高效液相色谱仪,流动相为:醋酸铵溶液(取醋酸铵1.154 g,加水300 ml溶解,加冰醋酸0.2 ml,摇匀)-甲醇(20∶80),流速:1.0 ml/min,检测波长:254 nm。结果盐酸萘替芬在20.5～102.8μg/ml范围内,线性关系良好,r=0.999 9。回收率为99.6%。结论本法可准确测定盐酸萘替芬搽剂中的盐酸萘替芬的含量,适用于产品的质量控制。Objective To establish a measurement method to determine the content of naftifine hydrochloride in naftifine hydrochloride liniment.Method USA Agilent HPLC was used and ammonium acetate solution（1.154 g of ammonium acetate plus 0.2 ml of glacial acetic acid dissolved in 300 ml of water and shaken up） and methanol（20∶80） used as the mobile phase whose flow velocity was 1.0 ml/min and test wavelength 254 nm.Result The content of naftifine hydrochloride,within the range of 20.5-102.8 μg/ml showed a good linearity-r=0.999 9 and its recovery rate was 99.6%.Conclusion This method can be used as a measurement method to determine the exact content of naftifine hydrochloride in naftifine hydrochloride liniment and as a control over product quality as well.
