摘　　要：介绍了电石法氯乙烯生产过程中,工艺、设备、操作、检修等影响安全的环节,分析了影响安全生产的原因和原理,从设计、生产、操作、管理方面提出了安全措施和建议。Some procedures, such as process, equipment, operation and maintenance, of influ- encing the security production of calcium carbide method vinyl chloride were introduced. Reasons of influencing the production safety were analyzed as well as the principles. Safety measures and suggestions were proposed in aspects of design, production, operation and management.
