摘  要:柴油机连杆的可靠性是柴油机正常工作的重要保证。连杆工作条件非常复杂,对其可靠性有很高要求。鉴于连杆所受载荷实现的可能性及试验的经济性问题,其可靠性分析难以在实验室条件下进行。应用Ansys软件的可靠性分析功能,将有限元和蒙特卡罗方法结合起来,同时考虑材料性质、载荷等不确定因素对连杆可靠性的影响,得到连杆可靠性分析数据,为连杆工作情况预测及优化设计提供有用的参考数据。The reliability of the diesel engine connecting rod is an important guarantee to the normal work of the diesel engine.Its working conditions are very complex,thus there is a high requirement for its reliability.The probability of its load conditions are difficult reproduced and the economy of the experiment,it is very difficult to test its reliability in laboratory.By using the reliability analysis function of Ansys software,combining the finite element method with the Monte Carlo method,and,at the same time,considering the influence of the uncertain factors-material properties,loadings and so on,to the reliability of the connecting rod,we get the reliability analysis data of connecting rods.These results will provide useful reference for prediction of the connecting working condition and optimization design work.
