摘　　要：核潜艇可以完成诸如战略核威慑和核反击、秘密情报搜集、监视与侦察、隐蔽输送特种作战队员、水雷战、反潜、反舰等多种在和平时期和在战争时期开展的作战任务。本文以2010～2011年美国、俄罗斯、英国、法国和印度等国的核潜艇发展动态为主线,结合当前的背景和技术水平进行了分析,可为我国制定更为合理的核潜艇发展规划提供借鉴。The nuclear-powered submarines are multi-mission ships that perform a specialized variety of peacetime and wartime mission,such as strategic nuclear deterrence,covert intelligence,surveillance,and reconnaissance,covert insertion and recovery of SOF,covert offenseive and defenseive mine warfare,anti-submarine warfare,anti-surface ship warfare.This article is based on the development and design work of nuclear submarine technology from overseas in 2010,with reviewing by the political and military conditions,as well as industry and technology background.There are some lessons can be shown to us for formulating more adapted development strategy of our nuclear submarines.
