摘　　要：首次采用3M强力双面胶带(丙烯酸泡棉胶带)作为某航空火工系统线型切割器中粘接切割索与被切割物——航空有机玻璃的部件,改变了传统的安装工艺,通过各项试验对比验证,其粘接工艺性好、粘接强度高、耐老化性及密封性均优于传统胶粘方法,并且切割器的整体切割性能稳定。3M double-sided adhesive tape was firstly adopted in adhesion of cut cable to air plexiglass in linear cutter of an aviation pyrotechnics system. Comparison of the verification experiments indicated that the new process of adhesion is better and adhesive strength is bigger, and its tightness and resistance to aging are better than traditional way. In addition, the overall performance of the new cutter is stable.
