摘 要:以TNT萃取率为评价指标,采用基于Box-Behnken中心组合设计的响应曲面法,考察了压力、温度和静态保压时间的交互作用对超临界CO2流体分离梯黑炸药效果的影响。结果表明:试验因子与TNT萃取率的关系符合二次方程模型;在分析了各个因子的显著性和交互作用后,得到对TNT萃取率的影响大小依次为:萃取温度、萃取压力、保压时间;超临界CO2流体分离梯黑炸药的最优工艺条件是:萃取温度329K、萃取压力31MPa、保压时间15min,在此工艺条件下,TNT萃取率为98.78%,与模型预测值基本吻合。Using response surface methodology (RSM) based on Box-Behnken design (BBD), pressure, tempemtore and time as experimental variables were investigated to test the effects on the exlraction rate of TNT. The results showed the relation between variables to the extraction rate of TNT accorded with the quadratic model. According to analysis of the significance and the interaction, the effect of influent factors fi'om high to low was extraction temperature, extraction pressure and time. Optimum conditions were also found, which were extraction pressure of 31MPa, extraction temperatttre of 329K and time of 15min.Under the optimum condition, the extraction rate of TNT was 98.78%, it was basically agreement with the predicted values.
