摘  要:为研究复合顶板沿空巷道围岩变形破坏机理及控制技术,基于该类巷道变形破坏特征的分析,得到巷道变形破坏的主要原因是没有考虑复合顶板沿空巷道围岩特性、支护强度低、变形不协调和没有发挥围岩的承载能力,揭示了复合顶板沿空巷道围岩变形破坏机理,研究了合理的围岩控制技术:1)优化临时支护工艺,减少复合顶板空顶时间,2)喷浆封闭围岩,防止复合顶板风化,3)高强度高预应力锚杆支护、底角锚杆、二次支护增加复合顶板层间结合力,提高两帮承载能力并控制底鼓,4)向采空区倾斜锚索增强基本顶关键块稳定性,保护内承载结构.工业性试验结果表明,围岩表面位移和复合顶板离层得到有效控制,基本顶很快稳定.For studying the deformation and failure mechanism and control technology of roadway with complex roof driven along goaf,we analyzed the formation and failure characteristics of such roadways and obtained the main reasons of supporting failure are that characteristics of roadway with complex roof driven along goaf,low supporting strength,and deformation discordant are not taking into consideration.Aiming this situation,we study the technology for reasonable controlling the surrounding rocks.In this technology,the first is by using optimizing temporary support process to reduce unsupported time of complex roof;the second is by using jet grouting to make surrounding rock enclosed,prevent the roof form weathering;the third is by using high strength and pretension bolt,base angle bolt,and secondary support to increase interlayer cohesion of complex roof and capability of two sides to control floor heave;the last is by using the cable dipped to goaf to enhance stability of key block of base roof.Based on these studies,a new successful controlling technology is proposed and in-situ industrial experiment been implemented.The monitoring results show that the displacement of surrounding rock and separation layer of complex roof are controlled effectively and the basic roof tends to be stable quickly.
