摘 要:为解决柳泉煤矿深部软岩锚喷支护巷道掘进效率低的难题,提出了以多向聚能高效破岩为关键技术、以支护参数及作业制度优化为重要保障的快速掘进技术,主要包括:1)采用复式双楔形掏槽方式及自行研制的聚能爆破装置,减小爆破震动影响,提高岩石的爆破效果及控制巷道的成形;2)增大锚杆直径、缩小间排距及增设锚索补强支护,增加支护强度;3)将作业方式由"两掘一喷"改为"三掘三喷",提高平行作业强度.在该矿-700m水平轨道下山的实践表明,采用该技术时炮眼数量减少10%,炮眼利用率达95%以上,巷道周边不平整度小于100mm;巷道顶板下沉量、两帮移近量及底鼓量分别减少41.7,57.8和58.4%,围岩控制效果好;巷道月进尺由原86.4m增至120m以上,提高率达38.9%,技术经济效果良好.In order to enhance excavation efficiency of shotcreting and bolting roadway in deep soft rock in Liuquan coal mine,we put forward a rapid excavation technology based on gather-energy blasting of rock,optimizing of support parameters and operation methods.It mainly includes the following contents: 1) using a compound double-wedge cutting method and self-developed gather-energy blasting equipment to enhance the rock blasting effect and control the roadway shaping quality by reducing blasting vibration effort;2) increasing the diameters of bolts,reducing the intervals of bolts and adding anchor cables to enhance the supporting strength;3) changing the operation method from "one cycle of gunite after two cycles of excavations" to "three cycles of excavations and gunites",to enhance the parallel operation intensity.The excavating practice of track dip in-700 m level in Liuquan coal mine shows that the blast holes can be reduced by 10% and the utilization rate of blast holes can reach over 95%,while the surface irregularity of roadway can be controlled within 100mm by using the new excavation technology.Meanwhile,the roof convergence,two sides convergence and floor heave of roadway can be decreased by 41.7%,58.4% and 57.8%,respectively,which means the surrounding rock control result is quite effective.Addtionally,the excavating velocity has been enhanced from 86.4m per month to over 120m,with the increasing rate over 38.9%.It has got good effects of technological and economic in the practice.
