摘 要:为研究采动区桥梁移动变形规律,根据地表及桥梁移动变形观测数据,采用概率积分法预测地表沉降,获得地表移动预计值.结合大平矿采矿地质条件和观测数据以及地表移动预测数据,设计采用覆岩离层多层位注浆法控制采动区地表下沉,并对覆岩层的变形规律、离层的动态发育与离层注浆减沉机理进行了分析,设计了注浆钻孔的间距、孔位、注浆层位、终孔深度、钻孔结构等.由于采动影响使桥梁地基土层变得稀松,通过分析桥梁及地基土的受力特征,设计在大平煤矿公跨铁路立交桥南北端基础分别采用18根和21根80cm的高压旋喷桩加固桥梁基础,减少地表移动对桥梁的影响.该减沉加固方案可为同类工程提供参考.To study the displacement and deformation laws of bridge in mining area,we predicted the ground settlement using the probability integral method and obtained the ground displacement based on observation data.According to the predicted data,we adopted the method of grouting into bed-separation in overburden to control the ground settlement based on geological conditions and observation data in Daping mine.Then we analyzed the deformation laws of overburden,dynamic development of bed separation,and the mechanism of grouting into bed-separation.Besides,we designed the spacing of boring holes,location,grouting layer,depth,and structure.Because of the bridge's loose ground soil affected by mining,the south and north foundation of the highway bridge crossing a railway in Daping mine was separately reinforced with 18 and 21 high-pressure jet grouting piles of 80 cm in diameter.This method can provide a reference for other similar projects.
