摘 要:为有效防治煤炭自燃,预测煤体最短自然发火期是非常必要的.以绝热圆柱形煤柱为物理模型,建立了煤实验最短自然发火期预测模型,利用实测的煤自燃基本参数,通过解算分析了漏风速度、粒度等参数对煤自然发火期的影响规律,最终准确测试了6个矿井不同煤体的实验最短自然发火期.结果表明:随漏风速度的增大,煤自然发火期先减小后增大;煤体粒度越小,最佳风速呈线性增大;随煤体粒度的增大,最佳风速条件下的自然发火期先减小后增大;煤体自燃倾向性越高,最短自然发火期越短;以张集肥煤为例,自然发火的最佳粒度为1~3mm,最佳漏风速度为0.001 1m/s,其实验最短自然发火期为26d.The forecast of the shortest spontaneous combustion period for prevention and control of spontaneous combustion of coal is quite necessary.Based on the physical model of adiabatic cylindrical coal pillar,an experimental prediction model of coal spontaneous combustion is established.Using the measured parameters of coal spontaneous combustion,we calculate the model and accurately and test the shortest spontaneous combustion period in six different coal mines through analyzing the distribution of the factors affecting the air leakage rate and the size of coal on spontaneous combustion period.The results show that 1) the coal spontaneous combustion period decreases at first and then increases with the increase of the air leakage rate;2) the air leakage rate for the shortest spontaneous combustion period increases linearly with the decrease of the size of coal;3) the shortest spontaneous combustion period decreases at first and then increases with the increase on the size of coal;and 4) the greater the spontaneous combustion tendency of coal is,the shorter the spontaneous combustion period will be.Taking the Zhangji fat coal for instance,the size of coal for the shortest spontaneous combustion period is 1~3 mm,the air leakage rate for the shortest spontaneous combustion period is 0.001 1 m/s,and the experimental shortest spontaneous combustion period is 26 d.
