摘  要:针对浅埋厚煤层综放工作面所面临的煤层易自燃难题,提出了基于防灭火的浅埋深条件,分析了露头易自燃和浅埋煤层综放工作面回采空间大、遗煤多、漏风严重等特点,给出了适合露头煤或露天转井工开采的L型巷道布置的回采工艺,详细阐述了正压通风技术.根据采空区自燃危险区域及地表塌陷规律,研究了填埋碾压技术,实施了注氮为主、灌堵为辅的综合防灭火措施.防止了煤层自燃,保证了施工安全.研究成果在海勃湾矿区获得全面应用,对类似条件下的开采方法及综放工作面安全开采具有一定的理论意义和实用价值.Aimed at the problems of coal spontaneous combustion of working face by fully mechanized sub-level caving mining in shallow inflammable thick coal seam,the conditions of the shallow depth based on the fire prevention was proposed,the characteristics of the inflammable outcrop and the large space,the more residual coal,the serious air leakage and other other aspects of the fully mechanized top coal caving for the shallow thick coal seam have been studied,a new mining method adapted to the outcrop mining or open-cutting extension to underground mining was introduced,the positive pressure ventilation,the backfills in buries and the roller compaction were expounded,the spontaneous combustion hazard zone in the goaf was determined,the comprehensive technology of fire prevention and extinguishment was conducted mainly with injection of nitrogen in the goaf and secondarily stifling by water or grouting.This prevented coal spontaneous combustion and protected the safety of the mine rescue team members.After several successful engineering practices,research have been adopted in Haibowan mining area,showing great theoretical and practical values to similar conditions in mining method and safety production.
