摘　　要：从沉浸的角度探讨影响我国民族传统体育行为意向的主要因素。通过对我国东、中、西部典型地区民族传统体育活动情况进行抽样调查并采用相关分析和回归分析等方法对沉浸模型进行检验,发现我国民族传统体育的行为意向受多种因素的共同影响。我国民族传统体育组织规范、注重过程目标、注重形式、内容充实、意义丰富、建立内在动机、综合发展等因素促进沉浸行为意向的形成。同时,沉浸是我国民族传统体育发展中所追求的理想状态,影响沉浸的各因素之间也存在交互的影响作用。From the perspective of flow, this paper discussed the major factor of influencing the behavioral intentions of Chinese traditional sports. Through the sample investigation on the research of traditional sports in the east, west and middle of China, and the use of correlation and regression analysis and other methods to test models of flow, the author found that behavioral intention of Chinese traditional sports has been influenced by the combined effect of many factors. Chinese traditional sports have organizational norms, focusing on process goals, form, full of content and rich sense, and establishing intrinsic motivation, integrated development and other factors to promote the formation of behavioral intentions flow. Meanwhile, the flow is the ideal state we are pursuing in the development of Chinese traditional sports. There are interactions between the factors.
