摘 要:钻井井壁在下沉阶段一直受水侵入和电磁干扰,且每节井壁下沉是一"瞬间"过程,常规测试技术很难满足这一工程要求。引入新型光纤光栅传感器对某钻井井壁进行监测,介绍了光纤光栅监测方案设计与施工情况。数据分析并与理论值比较表明:监测数据准确、稳定、可靠,监测数据与理论值吻合较好,该类传感器对水侵入有良好适应性,不受电磁干扰。光纤光栅监测系统及时、准确地反映了钻井井壁的实际受力变形情况。Drilling shaft lining was being affected by water and electromagnetism,and any one section is "instant" in the sinking stage,so that,it is difficult for routine testing technology to meet the engineering requirements.Fiber Bragg Grating(FBG) is introduced to the monitoring of a drilling shaft lining,this paper introduces the design and construction of the scheme of monitoring in detail.It's indicated by the analysis of data and the compare of theoretical value that the data of monitoring is accurate,stable and reliable,which are in good agreement with the theoretical value.What's more,FBG meets the needs of the engineering monitoring with many advantages: the good adaptability to water invasion,not affected by electromagnetism,real-time monitoring and so on.The actual stress and deformation of drilling shaft was reflected timely and accurately by the system of FBG.
