河南省煤矿安全管理的基本经验与思考

摘　　要：针对河南煤矿安全生产仍面临的严峻形势,分析得出目前管理中存在的主要问题既有水、火、瓦斯等客观因素,又有安全理念不到位、安全投入不足、政府监察监管不严等原因。对此,提出了"四个先进"和"四个严格"的管理方法,提高了对煤矿安全生产的监管力度。The coal mine safety production in Henan Province still faces a severe situation. The existed management problems include the objective factors like water, fire and gas risks, as well as the subjective factors such as faults in safety ideas, insufficient safety production investment and relaxed supervision from the government. Therefore, the ＂four advanced＂ and ＂four strict＂ management methods were proposed, enhancing the management effects on safety production in coal mines.
