摘 要:荧光增白剂生产废水中含有大量的难生物降解物质,且其排放量日益增加,因此,如何使该类废水得到有效处理已成为一个亟待解决的问题。采用酸析混凝/水解酸化/内循环厌氧反应器(IC反应器)工艺对荧光增白剂废水进行了中试研究,结果表明:原水经酸析混凝预处理后对COD的去除率可达25%左右;混凝出水经过水解酸化罐均质后进入内循环厌氧反应器,启动完成并进入稳定运行期后,对COD的去除率稳定在40%,pH值保持在7.8~8.0,VFA浓度在5 mol/L以下。该组合工艺的出水水质稳定,为后续的好氧及深度处理创造了条件。The fluorescent whitening agent wastewater contains large amounts of biorefractory com- pounds, and their emissions are increasing. Therefore, how to effectively treat such wastewater has become a serious problem. A pilot-scale study was conducted on the combined process of acidification and coagulation, hydrolysis acidification and IC anaerobic reactor for treatment of fluorescent whitening agent wastewater. The experiment results indicate that after the raw water is pretreated by the acidification and coagulation, the removal rate of COD is 25%. The coagulation water after hydrolysis tank enters IC anaerobic reactor, and during the stable operation of IC anaerobic reactor, the removal rate of COD is stabilized at 40%, pH value is kept at 7.8 to 8.0, and VFA concentration is less than 5 mol/L. The combined process provides a stable effluent quality and creates the conditions for the subsequent aerobic and advanced treatment.
