摘　　要：针对地铁盾构施工方案,从工期、造价、环境、工程机械投入等方面进行因素分析,采用专家打分法确立模糊矩阵、层次分析法确定各因素权重,并利用模糊综合评判法对地铁某标段盾构施工筹划各方案进行优选,最终确定最优方案。The factors is analyzed from the period, cost, environment and engineering machinery input according to the subway shield construction plan, the expert scoring method is used to establish the fuzzy matrix and the hierarchy analytic method is used to determine the weight of each factor. Then, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to compare metro shield construction plans and determine the optimum one.
