期刊高被引论文学术特征分析及其启示——以《植物营养与肥料学报》为例  

Analysis of the Academic Characteristics of Highly Cited Papers in the Journals of Plant Nutrition and Fertilizer Sciences and Its Enlightenment

摘　　要：为提高期刊核心竞争力,给植物营养与肥料学科编辑选题、组稿提供科学依据。利用《中国期刊全文数据库》和《中国引文数据库》对《植物营养与肥料学报》创刊以来的所有论文在近5年(2005～2009)的被引频次进行统计,并对高被引论文的学术特征进行归纳分析。结果发现,高被引论文具有明显的超前性和创新性。由权威专家或其带领的团队撰写的具有导向性和前瞻性的综述和专题评述具有较高的被引频次,对期刊影响力的提升具有重要作用。高被引论文的研究方向主要集中在:"土壤肥力"、"施肥与环境"、"施肥与品质"和"肥料利用率提高途径"等的研究上。因此,今后植物营养与肥料学科期刊编辑应紧抓该领域的研究热点和重点,更有针对性地制订组稿、约稿策略及稿件取舍标准,进一步提升期刊的质量和影响力。To increase the competence of journals and provide scientific basis for editors of plant nutrition and fertilizer sciences field, a survey of citations per paper in Plant Nutrition and Fertilizer Science in the last 5 years （2005-2009） was conducted and the academic characteristics of the highly cited papers were analyzed using China Academic Journal database and Chinese citation database, The results showed that the highly cited papers had the significant leading and creating characters. The review papers with guidance characters written by authoritative experts or the research group led by authoritative experts had the highly citations and played an important role for journal impact enhancement. Research fields of these highly cited papers mainly focus on the following aspects： soil fertility, fertilization and environment, fertilization and quality, and approach to increase fertilizer use efficiency. Therefore, the editors of plant nutrition and fertilizer sciences discipline must be focused on these research hotspots and main research subjects to make more effective strategies for paper organization and selection and further increase journal quality and impact.
